Total Tissue and Fitness takes a comprehensive approach to recovery and training, focusing on education and biomechanics. Our expertise lies in soft tissue techniques such as cupping, Graston, body tempering, voodoo flossing, myofascial release, and corrective exercise. We combine bodywork and hygienic movement with exercise and movement education to maximize the benefits of our recovery work. To complete the experience, each client receives one hour of contrast therapy, including a cold plunge, hot tub, and infrared sauna.

If you and your partner are passionate about your fitness, take your recovery seriously, and would like to learn how to take care of each other

We will teach you how to use, and when to use each of these tools and everything is yours to take home. The class is 3 to 4 hours long and is $1200 per couple that’s the price of roughly 2 sessions apiece to acquire knowledge and skills to take care of each other at home!

What's the session frequency?

The frequency of Total Tissue sessions should be scheduled based on age and personal assessment. For younger individuals (under 30), a session every six months can be sufficient. For individuals between 30 and 50, it's advisable to schedule a session every three months. For those above 50, a more frequent schedule, such as every two months, can be beneficial. However, these are general guidelines and personal assessment by a professional can lead to a more individualized schedule, taking into account personal health conditions and lifestyle factors.

Can you help with Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Pelvic floor, Hyper-mobility, etc?  

Total Tissue sessions can aid conditions like Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Pelvic Floor disorders, and Hyper-mobility by releasing tension and improving blood flow. They can reduce nerve pressure, relax muscles, and strengthen tissues, easing pain and enhancing mobility. However, they should complement a comprehensive treatment plan supervised by a healthcare professional.
